Career Network Data Disclaimer Statement
Hobart and William Smith Colleges have provided Faculty, Staff, Students, and Alumni with access to the Career Network of alumni volunteers. The volunteers have provided their professional and personal information for the purposes of strengthening alumni relationships, sharing affinity experiences and industry networking.
To protect the privacy of the alumni volunteers, and the confidentiality of the alumni data, it is important for all those who have access to adhere to proper use and the protection of the information provided. The information provided includes personal and professional addresses, emails, phone numbers and are not to be shared, sold, or used for the intent of solicitation. The information provided by alumni on the Career Network and cannot be used for political or commercial purposes, or the benefit of any other organization.
Failure to adhere to the proper use and protection of the information on the Career Network may result in termination of use and membership. Each Hobart and William Smith College alumni is responsible for his/her/their actions.
